The school uniform is an important part of school life for our secondary students. To that end, the Simcoe Muskoka Catholic District School would like to gather feedback from parents and students on ways to improve the provision of uniform services at our high schools.

This survey will be available to parents and students until Friday, March 8, 2017. Please take a few moments to provide us with your feedback so that we can accurately determine areas of priority and importance moving forward.
