Transcript Requests

Online transcript request are now closed. Beginning Monday, August 24th, transcripts can be ordered by contacting the school they last attended.


Transcript requests take 48 hours to process.

Processing Fees

There is no cost for electronic transcripts. Individuals who are requesting hard copy transcripts must pay a processing fee of $20 for the first copy, and $5 for each additional copy. Payments must be made by cash or cheque and received prior to the transcript(s) being mailed or faxed. Cheques should be made payable to Simcoe Muskoka Catholic District School Board.

Fees can be mailed or dropped off to the Catholic Education Centre at: 46 Alliance Blvd., Barrie ON, L4M 5K3.
