“Mr. Kuiack is the principal that is remembered for life. He truly wants to see all of his students succeed. He is the most kind and understanding faculty member that I’ve met since my children have been in school. He cares about the wellness and health of the children. Mr. Kuiack is a phenomenal principal.”

Tina Cucchiara  Christine TruemanThis week we are also celebrating Christine Trueman and Tina Cucchiara. Christine is a teacher and Tina is a DECE at St. Marie of the Incarnation Catholic School. They were nominated by a community member who said:

“Mrs. Trueman is truly the epitome of what makes a great teacher. This year has been a challenging one, especially for our youngest learners. My daughter started JK this year, and her first experience with school has been one of masks, and virtual learning and social distancing. Naturally, we were worried about what that would mean for her, and for her love of school. We were beyond blessed to be given Mrs. Trueman and her DECE Ms. Cucchiara who have made this year nothing short of incredible. The way that Mrs. Trueman and Ms. Cucchiara have continued to provide the students with a very well thought out, effective, interesting and fun online program is amazing. My daughter has continued to grow socially and academically, and to our great relief, still loves school. These teachers are organized, their lessons are clear and effective, they comment on every single piece of work submitted, and take a real interest in ensuring that students are up to date and learning to their absolute fullest capabilities. They obviously love their jobs and love their students. We really feel lucky that despite what this year had in store, we know our daughter will have a strong foundation on which to build the rest of her school years. We hope Mrs. Trueman and Ms. Cucchiara receive all of the recognition they so deserve.”

We would like to thank Kevin, Christine, and Tina for their commitment to Catholic education at our board.
