On Christmas Eve, Pope Francis officially launched the 2025 Jubilee Year with special rituals in the Vatican.

Normally held every quarter-century, the Jubilee is a special time of prayer, pilgrimage, reflection, and spiritual growth. The Pope has dedicated this year to the theme of “Pilgrims of Hope,” and has invited us to think about how we can help to be witnesses and builders of hope in our communities, and in our world.

Our 2024-2025 school year theme, “Faithful Steps—Hopeful Journeys,” connects us to that global theme, and invites us to live it out locally.
