Every week we celebrate SMCDSB staff members who have been recognized by a parent, student or colleague.
This week we are celebrating Stacey King and Bernie Navarro.
Stacey is an Educational Assistant at St. Gabriel the
Archangel Catholic School. Stacey was nominated by a colleague, who said:
“Stacey is a hard worker with a very caring heart. She is a team worker and helps out wherever needed. Stacey shows great leadership qualities. Stacey always makes staff members feel comfortable, and when new staff members come in she gives them a friendly welcome.”
This week we are also celebrating Bernie, a teacher at Sister Catherine Donnelly Catholic School. Bernie was nominated by a colleague, who said:
“Bernie is a dedicated teacher who truly goes above and beyond for her students and colleagues. She checks all the boxes when it comes to being an exemplary teacher! Bernie is hardworking, kind, patient, super creative, tech savvy and fun! She is a wonderful reflection of our Catholic Faith.”
We would like to thank Stacey and Bernie for their commitment to Catholic education at our board.
