Every week, we celebrate SMCDSB staff members whom a parent, student, or colleague recognizes.
This week, we celebrate Heinrich Bebie, a principal at St.
Marie of the Incarnation Catholic School. Heinrich was nominated by a parent who said:
“In all my years in a school setting, I have never met such a compassionate and dedicated individual. There is no mystery why the students love him; even we, the parents, love him. He deserves all the recognition. I am eternally grateful for his presence here at St. Marie. He has made such a positive change and continues to do so. God bless him, always.”
We also celebrate Bridget Healy, a St. Bernard’s Catholic School teacher, this week. Bridget was nominated by a parent who said:
“My daughter’s kindergarten teacher, Ms. Healy, is truly extraordinary. She creates a warm, nurturing environment where every child feels valued and excited to learn. Her creativity and patience shine through in the engaging lessons she plans, and she goes above and beyond to support her students’ individual needs. Whether it’s encouraging a love for reading or fostering kindness among her students, Ms. Healy has made a lasting impact on my daughter’s education and confidence. We are so grateful for her dedication and care!”
We thank Heinrich and Bridget for their commitment to Catholic education at our board.
