Praying for Ukraine
Posted on 03/01/2022
The war in Ukraine is causing fear, stress and anxiety for many of our students, staff and families. During times of conflict and suffering, we are reminded that Jesus is the Prince of Peace and that we are called to be peace-makers. War has tremendous, tragic human costs on all sides, and our faith calls us to be compassionate towards all those who are suffering.

To help address this conflict with their children, our staff has developed
Resources and Supports for Families, which you may wish to review.

Please join us in prayer.

In the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Spirit. Amen.

Let us pray.

Jesus, you have asked us to be people of peace and love.

We are very sad to know that the people of Ukraine,
our brothers and sisters,
are suffering right now because of violence and fear.

Be with them to bring them comfort and strength,
and may the troubled parts of our world
soon be blessed with true and lasting peace.

We ask this in the name of the Prince of Peace,

Jesus our Lord.

Amen.

In the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Spirit. Amen.
