Every week we celebrate SMCDSB staff members who have been recognized by a parent, student or colleague.

This week we are celebrating Lisa Day.

Lisa is an educational assistant at Patrick Fogarty Catholic Secondary School in Orillia. She was nominated by a colleague, who said:

“Lisa is an exceptional EA. She makes an extra effort to ensure every student feels welcome and loved. For yoga she brings extra tools for her students to use so they can participate with the other students.  Additionally, Lisa is incredibly giving of her time. She helps decorate the school for semi-formal, grad and theme days. She paints scenes for the school play and was an integral part of last year's mission trip.”

We would like to thank Lisa for her commitment to Catholic education at our board.
