If you would like to have materials distributed in our SMCDSB schools, a request must be made by completing the Distribution of Materials Request Form.
The Superintendent of Programme Services will review your application based on the following criteria:

All messaging & materials must align with the unique mission & vision of the Simcoe Muskoka Catholic District School board

Materials that directly encourage a student to buy a product or service for profit are not permitted

Promotion of educational services or institutions must not compete with board programs or services

There must not be any political association with the distribution.

Any form of discrimination, harassment, bullying, hate-related behaviour, or aggression based on protected grounds under the Ontario Human Rights Code will not accepted
